Social Media Content Session
Wise Body Solutions is a clinical movement studio in Plymouth offering Clinical Pilates, movement assessments, physical and medical massage, Rolfing, mat classes, and strength training.
I worked with Wise Body Solutions to create content that could better communicate what happens inside the studio, from small-group Pilates and individualized coaching to movement assessments and educational demonstrations.
Social Content

Content Creation
The session focused on making Wise Body's expertise easier to see and understand on social media. I captured a mix of movement demonstrations, coaching moments, studio details, and short vertical video clips designed to support future social content.
One of the reels created from the session was later used by Wise Body as an ad, which they shared generated leads for the business.
Pilates, Coaching & Movement
A major focus was Wise Body's small-group Pilates experience, with classes capped at four people. The content shows hands-on coaching, form corrections, reformer movement, equipment details, and the individualized attention that helps distinguish the studio experience.
I also captured movement-assessment footage and short video clips they could use across future social content.
